IonixCore is a software development and digital engineering studio. We design and build web platforms, custom software, IoT systems, and AI-based solutions for businesses.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are defined in a separate written proposal, quote, or contract agreed between you and IonixCore. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. Where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract prevails for that project.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the website, upload malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or overload our infrastructure.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by IonixCore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom work delivered to a client transfers as defined in the relevant project contract, typically upon full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, IonixCore retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio.
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and access, and any third-party credentials needed for the project. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.
Fees, payment schedules, and currency are set out in your project agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Work may be paused for overdue payments. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the Services. This obligation continues after the project ends.
We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, the website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IonixCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from a project shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that project.
Our Services may integrate third-party tools and platforms (for example hosting, payment, messaging, or AI providers). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Where we build local or on-premise infrastructure for a client, data handling is defined in the relevant agreement. For details on how we handle data submitted through this website, please contact us.
Either party may terminate a project as set out in the project agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
